The City of Santa Cruz's Fire Department is looking to review their standards of coverage.  Has anyone looked at the risks involved with completing a standards of coverage assessment or not completing one?  As I understand it a review of the standards of coverage would highlight the deficiencies within Fire and could potentially expose us to liability when we do not correct the deficiencies.  Thanks!
