Hi all - we have a wealthy resident who wants to donate a built skate ramp to our City. For obvious reasons, I have liability concerns but "refusing it" might not be an option. Have you dealt with this issue before? If so, how did your city handle it? Is there a policy, which you could provide? Thank you.
