08/02/2021 Police or Fire Mutual Aid Agreements

Does your agency belong to any Police or Fire Mutual Aid Agreements, and if so, are they with the County, or other cities in a certain geographical radius to your city, or both? Have you reviewed the indemnification language, do you have any issues with it, and do you have any planned changes in the near future? If you can provide copies of the agreements to Alliant, we would like to review for consistency.

Here is the agreement with LA Co. I will post LA City fire and Area C police when I receive them from the departments.

We have mutal aid agreements for fire with the cities in Area C, with LA Co., and Los Angeles. Attached is the Area C agreement.

We also have a mutual aid agreement for police with the cities in Area C.
