Happy Friday! Do any of you have policies or procedures regarding key card access for third party vendors, such as custodians, or businesses that may lease space in City facilities.  We are currently leasing some space and it has key card access. 

Hoping someone has forms or a policy regarding use of the key cards, to include notification of loss and cost of replacement.
