07/13/2021 Claims Management Software Recommendations

Sarin, City of Monterey

Hi there folks,

We are looking to RFP for a Claims Management Software. We are currently using Recordables also known as Trackability. We are open to continue working with them, but wanted to know your experience with other softwares and systems. Ideally, the software would house GL and Loss Prevention claims in addition to Incident Reports and Vehicle Accident Reports.

Thanks in advance!

Anaheim also uses Insurity. I agree with Mark's assessment.  Their customer service is also less than desirable at times.

Burbank uses Ventiv (iVos). We have to really push to get decent customer service.

Recommend checking out this annual RMIS review and report by former Bickmore consultants:

Santa Barbara uses Insurity software. The software works great for work comp, and less so for liability and auto. Alliant has a document that rates the various software alternatives. It may be useful to review it before issuing the RFP.
