Who does your city use for ADA / Reasonable Accommodation and Disability Leave Management? Any further comments about their service?

HR handles internally with 3 analysts assigned for Disability Leaves Management, including ADA / Reasonable Accommodation. A while back, Rachel Shaw assisted the City in developing the process/foundation.

The City of Burbank has an ADA Coordinator, we also use Return2Work Partners. https://r2wp.com/ We have had a positive experience with Retrun2Work Partners, and have received good feedback from our departments.
